The pain is real. Will time be all you need to heal your wound? For some, yes, time is enough and it won’t take long. For others, you may want to speed up the process.

In many ways, our brain responds to heartbreak the same way it responds to physical pain. Supportive counseling, trauma counseling, learning new tools to mend the heart are all ways we can heal ourselves effectively and more rapidly.
